McDonald Worley
McDonald “Don” Worley has been helping those in need for almost 20 years. He has been included in the list of “Nationwide Leading Attorneys” in Newsweek Magazine
Don has just been invited to be a member of “Best Attorneys of America” and has already been admitted into the “Million Dollar Advocates Forum.” This forum is only for attorneys who have recovered multiple settlements and verdicts for clients over $1,000,000. Don is also a member of “Leaders Forum” with The American Association for Justice.
Don represents clients across the United States. He cares about the needs of his clients, and each client makes the decision, with Don’s advice, on how to best proceed with their case.
Gabriel Assad
After graduating from Vanderbilt Law School in 2001, Gabriel accepted a position with Dickstein Shapiro, LLP, a large Washington, DC law firm. In 2004, Gabriel decided to leave big firm practice and pursue his goals of representing individuals in the justice system. Gabriel joined Paulson & Nace, a nationally recognized personal injury law firm where he represented hundreds of victims of negligence and was first chair or second chair in over 15 jury trials.
In 2008, Gabriel opened his own firm and continued to represent victims of negligence and medical malpractice. He relocated to Houston in 2010 and joined McDonald Worley in 2019.
